D: I arrive to the scenes at 2300. When I get there I headed up the stairs, and entered the room 211. the other cops that had arrived to the scene before me told me to go to the bathroom. I entered and found a corpse in the bath tub and a radio in it with him. The first thing that popped into my head was it a homicide or a suicide.
C: I got to the scene and the detective gave me all his notes. I study the body up and down. This man looked like he stood about 6 feet tall and had brown eyes with dirty blonde hair. There was a strange birthmark on the left side of his right arm. The body was ice cold, so I presumed that he had been died for at least a day. the body had some burn marks. However, the most interesting thing I noticed were hand marks around the neck as if he had been straggled too.
A: He did kill this man his hand prints were all over the man's neck. I do not believe that he could possible have not done it. He has no alibi, and the cameras show him entering the hotel 10 minutes before the expected time of death. If he is not punished we will keep him on the streets, and next you know it will be you or your family that is in the bath tub died. So put him and jail, and make this world a little bit safer for us all.
